The first two full days have been spent playing tourists on the tourist buses - blue, English double deckers with their roofs cut off. A $49 ticket was valid for two consecutive days and allowed unlimited travel on three loops - Uptown, Downtown and Brooklyn plus A Night tour to see the lights of the town, Circle Line Harbor Cruise and Museum of the City of New York and a complimentary voucher of $10 for a minimum purchase of $20 at the Planet Hollywood.
It was a good deal because I could jump off and on the bus in the next 48 hours.
