New York City

My immediate impressions were just how bloody big everything is! Big cars, big buildings, big people...

All drivers in New York are absolute nutters but the taxi drivers are fearless. If there is even a tiny gap in traffic they'll go for it. All the time blowing their horns. Just like all the films.

I spend the time in New York at my cousin’s place in Queens and got the full inside view of living in this great City. I would say it's a bit like Australia just that in Manhattan it's much harder to find a green spot to sit down and enjoy your lunch (except Central Park). And you can't really see the city because you can only see the building around you.
